Starting his career influenced by his family, Jordan graduated from Ohio State in 1989 and began working at M Financial in Portland, OR. Disliking desk jobs, he joined GDK, where he began by assisting his father and Rich Kase, Quickly, he advanced to develop his own clients and became a producer at GDK.

Active in his community, he served three terms on the North Canton Board of Education and eight years as a Stark Economic Development Board trustee. His involvement extends to Republican politics, the North Canton Rotary and membership in FINSECA. Beginning His Insurance Career

Quinn Parker, a dedicated insurance industry professional, excels in life, health, disability and long-term care insurance. Quinn's initial step was interviewing five industry leaders, including Jordan Greenwald, to gain insights into their success. His talent and dedication earned him a job offer after graduation, quickly rising to the role of principal and owner at GDK.

Rod Strata's entry into the industry was driven by his passion, networking skills and academic achievements. Graduating from Mount Union in 2009, Rod began his career in inside sales for medical supplies. He also pursued an MBA, solidifying his business acumen. His connection with Stanley Greenwald, GDK's founder and his father's neighbor, led to Rod joining GDK on April 2, 2012.

Scott Nosse

Starting from Scratch

Scott Nosse's career in the industry started in 1996 in the mailroom, setting the foundation for his future growth. Over the years, Scott has held various roles, including provider relations, data entry and claims processing. Traveling across the country, he expanded his professional network and gained valuable experience. For the past 15-plus years, Scott has excelled in sales, initially on the payor side and recently transitioning to the broker side. He attributes his career progression to the guidance of his mentors in the industry.

Scott's experience lies in group benefits for companies. He excels at identifying each company's unique needs, from pricing constraints to ensuring timely and appropriate care. With a deep understanding of these needs, Scott develops customized solutions that align with company goals.

Scott is married to Heidi, a full-time homemaker and craft enthusiast. They have two daughters, Paige and Violet, who attend Medina City Schools.
